Alfresco lunch

Who said Winter is here!?  

As it is warmer outside than in, we dined out on the deck for lunch today.

Salmon served with mesclun salad and french bread from the City Markets.

The Salmon was marinated for 24 hours in soy sauce, brown sugar and water, 
one third of a cup of each, and seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic powder.

Absolutely delicious - I can find salmon a little too oily, but this marinade 
has just the right mix of sweetness to counteract any over richness. Yum!
